Join Mark in the kitchen at his lodge (affectionately known as Flodge) in Charmouth for an intimate cooking experience. Every month Mark will be hosting an open cooking class where he will demonstrate and cook a stunning array of dishes based on the best of the season’s ingredients. Mark will cook four dishes, each served as part of a four course lunch with wines to match each course.
With plenty of time to chat to Mark while he creates a British seasonal feast in front of your eyes Hix’s Kitchen Table is a culinary experience to savour.
